How about a healthy breakfast with overnight oats?! You can prepare your breakfast quickly and easily the evening before. The oat flakes are rich in iron, protein and folic acid and, thanks to the fiber, keep you full for a long time.

This way you start the day prepared with a healthy breakfast.

For your breakfast you need the following ingredients:

  • 50g oat flakes
  • 3g Bolero cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp chopped nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts or almonds)
  • ½ apple
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • 200 ml milk 1.5%

Preparation:

Mix the oat flakes together with the Bolero cinnamon powder and the milk in a cereal bowl. Chop the nuts finely and grate the apple coarsely on a vegetable grater. Both ingredients can now be added to the remaining ingredients together with the lemon juice. You can now let the cereal bowl sit in the fridge overnight. If your overnight oats are too thick the next morning, feel free to dilute them with milk or a little water.

Instead of milk, you can of course also use oat drink or almond milk if you like.
